James 5:15 And the prayer of faith will cure the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him.
As members Of Gods family we have the privilege and responsibility to pray for one another during sickness. Some recent research finds that patients who are prayed for, fare much better than those not prayed for.. Yet we know God does not heal every person we pray for, at least not here on earth. When we pray in faith, we believe God can do anything we ask. But the prayer of faith does not stop there; it also involves surrender. We must move past twisting Gods arm to trusting Him to do whatever will bring Him the most glory. At times God may give us the assurance He plans to heal as we desire.. When He does not give this assurance, His Spirit will intercede for us according to the will of God. [Romans 8:27]
